EMDR / Trauma Processing

I use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and other techniques to help clients process childhood and past traumas. EMDR is an effective method to reexamine personal narratives and move forward in life after experiencing trauma and set backs. Trauma can affect daily life and personal decision making, but through processing and acceptance, clients can grow to live their most authentic and meaningful lives.

Internal Family Systems Counseling
